“ We had breakfast every morning here during our stay in Fataga and loved Bar-cafeteria Los Giles! Warm, friendly service, great coffee, fresh orange juice and pan tostado - you can't go wrong! Incredible value too! ”
“ We stopped for food and drinks after hiking from Maspalomas. The food was amazing and it tasted homemade, not the Horeca type of food. We also had the opportunity to meet the lady that prepped the food and she was very happy that we literally scraped the plates! ”
“ Bar típico canario. Typical canarian bar with nice coffee and food. They also can do barraquito typical coffee. ”
“ We love restaurants with local food and ambiance. This is one of them. We liked it ”
“ :) We were very happy with the food and drinks. We stopped here for diner after our hiking leg of the Camino de Santiago and got our Camino Passport stamped here by the bar staff. Bar staff really nice people and bar staff (along with gas station staff next door) assisted us to find a place to stay for the evening in Fataga before we would continue our Camino the next morning. They do open for breakfast at 0630 - which is great for early morning folks. We did eat breakfast around 0900 before heading out for our next hiking leg from here to Tunte and then on to Cruz de Tejada. Highly recommended :). They do accept debit, credit cards and cash. ”
“ Sadly we only got to drink here once but it is THE place to have a drink along with the locals. Great friendly service and without 'tourist' prices. I finally got to try barraquito, along with a glass of red wine, for a total of 4.50€! We never got to eat here but I'm sure it would be as authentic as you could ever hope for. ”
“ Very happy to stop by at this cafe for a food. Had a very delicious stake and wife had a prawn and tuna salad which was also so nice. Waitress with the name Jaiza was trying her very best to explain what is what on the menu. Perfect place for food or even just a coffee, so authentic, nice views all around. ”
